VITRINFLY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
At Vitrinfly, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a fair and transparent return process for international orders. Please read the following return conditions carefully.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return on international purchases, the following conditions must be met:
- Return period: A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Product condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns of used, missing, or damaged products will not be accepted.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized, hygienic, and perishable products cannot be returned.
- Invoice requirement: The product invoice must be included with the return.
- If the return meets the conditions, you can send the product to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Submit a return request: Send an email to vitrinfly@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
- Wait for approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a return approval and shipping address.
- Ship the product: After receiving approval, send the product to the provided return address in its original packaging and complete condition.
- Return processing: After the product reaches us, it will be inspected within 7 business days, and the return process will be completed.
3. Shipping & Return Fees
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs duties and additional charges: Any customs duties or additional fees in your country are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
- Partial or full refund deductions: Vitrinfly reserves the right to apply partial or full refund deductions after analyzing the returned product.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Additional processing time may apply for bank and credit card refunds, depending on the bank.
5. Special Cases & Support
- If the package is lost or damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipping company.
- ⚠️ Our company is not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping. Customers can file a compensation claim with the shipping company.
